June Bowlby is the May artist of the month at the Co-op.
June is well known in our area and has come up with an entirely new show for the May monthly showing. This time she has showcased all watercolor, with wonderful flowing themes and colors. Florals and still life, all centered in flashes of vital color and vibrant energy. Thank you June. 'Escape Fire' will be shown here at the Co-op 16795 Hwy 112 Clallam Bay on Friday night 24th at 7.30 pm in the Eatery.
'Happy' will be shown here at the Co-op 16795 Hwy 112 Clallam Bay on Friday night 31st at 7.30pm in the Eatery. Marianna Greene of Sequim is the artist of the month for April. Her work is unique and vibrant, come enjoy her show. Every day of the month from 10 am to 7pm.
Friday May 17th, 7pm we will re-run 'Escape Fire' due to public demand.
This movie begs a discussion at the end. You will enjoy the presentation, it is really good. Movie and discussion presented by Dr Whitacre. Last night was the first of our monthly movie nights. These nights will feature thought provoking themes aimed at the development of a positive environment mentally, physically, emotionally and chemically. 'Escape Fire' was an excellent starting place and represented thought provoking review aimed at the reformation of the medical care system. It is in alignment with Michael Moore's 'Sicko' and 'An Inconvenient Truth' of Al Gore. We will be guided in our choices by our Board Member, Dr Matthew Whitacre. He is dedicated to Integrated Medicine and is working toward the Wellness Center in Neah Bay WA. Its never too early to think about fun. Fun Days this year will see a tour of 50 cars of the 1920, 30, 40, 50 and 60's Vintage. The Horseless Carriage Club of Tacoma and Seattle will be here in force for the Fun Days Parade and later display by their owners in the school grounds.
They will have 100 folk with them so come join the Fun at Fun Days 2013 in Clallam Bay WA USA. |
